Parking
Parking is never an issue in this complex. There are two deeded space to the condo, but there are no parking passes and no assigned spots. You can park out front, but I actually prefer parking in the back and walking through the breezeway so that you don’t have to run over the speed bumps on Olmsted Park Place.
Neighborhood
This is one of the nicest neighborhoods in town. There are beautiful houses everywhere, lots of friendly people out and about all the time, it’s close to South End, where there are amazing shops and restaurants. Pretty much the best.
Grocery
Walk to Publix or Harris Teeter, they are less than 1/2 a mile away.
Getting Around
Light Rail is close by; there are scooters you can take for short trips; Uber or Lyft anywhere; and of course just walk – you are close to everything you need.
